• Complaint Sites. Use the following links to complain to/about a company and to see what problems others are having. I found these in Preston Gralla's Personal Shopper column in the Dallas Morning News of January 4, 2001: www.planetfeedback.com, www.complaints.com, www.thecomplaintstation.com.
  The Federal Trade Commission collects spam: uce@ftc.gov.
• Classics - Greek and Roman: http://www.classicsunveiled.com/
• Spammer Phone Numbers. Cross-reference nasty spammers and phone numbers.
• Cottages in Minnesota. Wildflower Cottages of Pequot Lakes provides a serene environment for nature lovers.
• Rating Site. Use Reseller Ratings.com to find out about resellers and to input your two cents about good or bad service. This is an EarthWeb site and has a lot more than the ratings area.
• Political Officials. US News Online has Interactive Tools where you can locate your representatives using your zip code.
• Merck Manual of Medical Information. Well-done on-line reference.
• Units and Measures Conversion.AllMeasures.Com is the most comprehensive on-line place for finding units and measures, SI and CGS, and conversion factors. Want to find Young's Modulus of Silicon Carbide? It's there, plus lots of other good stuff.
• Privacy and On-line Ads. BadAds is a good site where you can learn about how you can slam bad ads. Has information about what to do about junk faxes.

  

• Texas County Highway Maps. I use this on-line resource to check out Texas parks and recreation areas.
• Credit Card Checking.  Check on-line at CardCops.
